From Design System, Ops,
and writing a book about it

Past
Entrepreneurship & Music
I could talk to you a lot about this experience; it was one of the most emotional periods of my life, with its share of highs and lows. From DJing for friends to performing in major Parisian clubs, and promoting some of the city's best trap and hip-hop events. The connections made along the way were unforgettable. If I have one piece of advice, it's this: if you have a dream, chase it. Whether you succeed or not, you'll grow and learn—and sometimes, you might realize that the dream you were chasing wasn't the one you truly wanted.
UX & Product Design
After earning my Master's in UX Design at ECV Digital, I taught myself Product Management to excel as a Product Designer. For me, it's never been about being "just average" in UX or UI—it's about creating designs that are useful, impactful, and align business goals with user needs. Over the years, I've worked for diverse companies, ranging from small businesses to SaaS products, mobile apps, and PWA platforms. My roles have always focused on crafting solutions that bridge user experience and business impact, with a dedication to innovation and attention to detail.
Consulting
As a consultant, I've worked across diverse industries, blending roles in product, service, and strategic design. At ENGIE, I created a peer-to-peer electric charging service, connecting rural areas and revitalizing local economies. At OM, I co-led the rebranding of the app and website with the internal PO in under three months while managing backlogs to ensure smooth operational transitions and efficiency in development. For Nike x FFF, I developed a personalized shop for amateur sports clubs with a custom configurator. At Tereos, I focused on Industry 4.0, using AI and big data to help factory operators optimize sugar production and energy use. Finally, at Sanofi, I designed a mobile app for factory managers to proactively monitor and plan insulin plant performance. These experiences have shaped my ability to deliver impactful, user-centered solutions across varied contexts.

Present
Design system & Operations
Since my time at Emakina in 2018, I've shifted from UX and UI design to Product Design, building methodologies for user testing and ergonomic audits. Since 2020, I've specialized in Design Systems, focusing on creating exceptional experiences for product teams. This specialization ties closely with Design Ops, ensuring that improved team workflows lead to better end-user experiences.
Writing a Book
After delivering a talk at La Conf Qui Tue le Game about Design Tokens in 2022, I embarked on writing a book on the subject in 2023. The project, which took a year, was released in April 2024. While it was a fulfilling endeavor, the collaboration with the agency proved chaotic, bringing no added value to the book. Instead, it introduced numerous challenges and roadblocks, making the process far more complex than it should have been. Despite these obstacles, the final result reflects my dedication to sharing insights and advancing the field of Design Tokens.

Teaching & Mentoring
With my growing expertise in Design Systems, I've conducted numerous training sessions, emphasizing their connection to Product Management, treating them as living, internal products. Recently, my focus has extended to Design Tokens and Figma, helping teams harness these tools effectively.
Joining a distillery Project
In the summer of 2024, I became an associate in the Abstract Lab distillery, where we're pioneering a new category of spirits called Monochromes. This venture combines my passion for entrepreneurship, taste, and cocktails, allowing me to collaborate with world-class talent like Rémi Savage, one of the globe's leading bartenders, and Nicolas Minisini, a brilliant strategic planner.

Futur
Opening a new design field
For the future, I aim to pioneer a new frontier in design: Olfactive Experience Design. By returning to the roots of User Experience Design—anchored in cognitive psychology and ethnology—my goal is to create memorable, multi-sensory experiences that profoundly engage perception. This vision is guided by a deep understanding of the chemical and olfactory mechanics behind food and beverages, allowing us to design interactions that stimulate the senses and create lasting impressions. The focus lies on how consumers perceive and experience dishes, beverages, and their surrounding elements, crafting holistic experiences that resonate on every sensory level.
In parallel, I plan to develop a food pairing data model to support the creativity of chefs, bartenders, and flavor innovators. Rooted in the molecular structure of ingredients, this tool would enable the pairing of unexpected flavors, substitution of unavailable elements, and solutions to challenges such as seasonality, sustainability, geographic limitations, cost, allergies, or dietary and cultural needs. This model is designed to push the boundaries of creativity while addressing practical constraints, empowering professionals to craft extraordinary taste experiences.
Book internationnalization
After its release for the French audience and receiving incredible feedback, I am now diving into the exciting challenge of crafting a new and improved edition. This next version will address the gaps of the original, strengthening its technical depth and practical applications to make it an even more valuable resource. But this is just the beginning—I aim to take the book beyond borders and languages, releasing an English edition to bring its insights to a global stage.
This project is more than just a translation; it's an evolution. My vision is to spark international conversations around Design Tokens, bridging disciplines, cultures, and practices. I want this book to empower designers and developers everywhere, providing tools and knowledge to elevate their craft. For me, it's about giving back to the community that helped shape my career, contributing to a shared foundation of learning and innovation.
Ultimately, this effort is my way of leaving a lasting mark on the design and tech world—a stone in the building of a stronger, more connected, and more skilled global design community. This isn't just a book; it's a movement to push boundaries and inspire a new generation of creators.
